peripheriesPAIR is a curatorial project that starts with an invitation…and then another…

Four artists – Tamara Gangnus, Olivia Normile, Patrick Redmond and Ciara Roche – were invited to invite an artist they wished to collaborate with in the development of ideas and artworks (existing or in progress) for an exhibition at Periphery Space in August 2024.

“Complementing the artist-run & DIY ethos of Gorey School of Art’s Periphery Space, creATuRe is a zine that reflects that ethos.
It has been pieced together from a DropBox  dump of images & text  by the 4 pairs of artists, who have come together by way of  invitation in the making of our curated exhibition peripheriesPAIR.
Screen-printed in matte black ink inside & PVC ink on its fluorescent cover, 16 pages are dedicated to each pair of artists. The four contributors are divided by bookmarks printed with an image from their selected films to be screened over the weekend in our cinema.”
